FYX apps connect the driver, dispatch and repair vendor in all phases of the service event.

FYX Driver app assists intermodal truck drivers during road side service events. In case of any damage, driver can easily report an incident by adding details of a breakdown and adding pictures. This goes directly to dispatcher which than assigns intermodal repair vendor. Within next 2 hours a mechanic should be on site and in a meantime, a driver and assigned mechanic can chat about any details of that service event.

We have been developing and recently started publishing and maintaining FYX's Android applications with pleasure.
