Android Software Engineer

We are looking for someone who has a couple of Android applications built to show.

Epigraph is a very young Android software development company with a focus on a detailed and scalable code. We love proactive people who take over project like champs and even build ones by themselves.

YOU ARE
Preferred Personality 

• Learner. Although you are an expert in Android development, you always learn and educate yourself to be even better.
• Proactive. You don't rely only on your client's or boss'es instructions, but you go beyond those with a goal of better software engineering and user experience.
• Detail oriented. You can spot what others can't and do constructive work about it.
• Optionally
  • Playful. You test every idea, concept or a word you hear and have your owns which could potentially work better in the final product.
  • A visionary. You envision how the future will look like and do your best to make it work.
  • Extremely detail oriented? It would be desirable if you have a mild form of OCD in coding and you must move every misplaced line to it's place.

YOU HAVE
Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Java.
• Minimum 1-5 years of Android development experience in industry.
• Worked with Eclipse and Android Studio.
• Optionally
  • Git Master-Jedi knowledge
  • Experience in back-end development
  • Worked with other mobile technologies

YOU WILL
Obligations

• Make the best code you know while meeting deadlines.
• Build native Android software through Eclipse and/or Android Studio.
• Occasionally go beyond your area of expertise.
• Help Epigraph to grow in a best way possible.
